If you are successfully matched with, and hired by, an employer with a verified critical labour market vacancy, you may be eligible to apply through one or more federal or provincial immigration pathways, including potential nomination or endorsement through Immigration and Population Growth.
How it works
We Search for Talent
Nova Scotia actively seeks qualified candidates to fill critical labour market vacancies that employers have been unable to fill locally. This includes identifying potential candidates in the federal Express Entry pool whose skills and experience align with these opportunities. In some cases, candidates may receive an Invitation to Apply in their Express Entry account as part of this process.

If you have the skills and experience for an active vacancy and meet minimum immigration language and education requirements, you are invited to submit your information for consideration. You will be asked to provide details about your work experience, education, and qualifications.
